PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN BELAJAR DAN ATTITUDE MAHASISWA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENGETAHUAN SAAT INI DALAM RANGKA MEMILIH KARIR AKUNTANSI DI LEMBAGA KEUANGAN SYARIAH

This research aims to investigate the influence of the learning environment and student attitudes on increasing current knowledge in the context of choosing a career in accounting in Islamic financial institutions. The sampling method in this research uses non-probability sampling, which means that not all elements in the population have the same chance of being selected as a sample. The data required for this research was collected through distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale with a rating range from 1 to 5. The results of this research show that attitude has no impact on the current level of knowledge, but has a positive impact on career choice. Meanwhile, the learning environment has a positive impact on current knowledge, but has no impact on career choice. After being moderated by the current knowledge variable, attitude has no effect on career choice. Meanwhile, the influence of the learning environment is also the same, it still has no effect on career choice.
